I wasn’t supposed to become a professional wrestler, I wasn’t supposed to win championships and get to the top of every company I’ve ever walked into, but I have! I think I know Austin Aries pretty well and I think I can tell you he would rather die than lose to me and.. he has more ability in the ring than just about anybody else on planet Earth, so.. beating Austin Aries on April 19th in New York City should be impossible, right? Yeah. I haven’t just made a career out of proving people wrong, I’ve made a life out of making people eat their words. Look in my eyes right now and you tell me there’s a chance in hell I’m going to go out with a losing record. All those people who spit on me and kick dirt on me, who did everything they could to hold me down and make sure I didn’t become somebody.. tell me there’s a chance in hell you think I’m gonna let them win. ‘Cause if I lose, they win. I swear to Christ and all my dead friends I will not let that happen.
